Concert Information

The Instructors' Concert will be held at West Denmark Lutheran Church on Tuesday evening, June 25, at 7:30 pm.  Tickets can be purchased at the door, or by using your credit card in advance.  Some tickets are reserved seats ($25) and others are open seating ($20).  Purchase tickets by clicking on the link below or using this QR code: (available soon)

There will be 90 advance tickets available.  If you  purchase tickets in advance you will get a receipt.  Please print out the ticket or save it on your cell phone and bring it with you to the concert.  If you purchase an advanced reserved seat ticket which will be located in the first three rows , you will get an additional email confirming your purchase and the location of your seat.  Please note that when you use this credit card service there is an option, if you choose to do so, to make a tax deductible  donation to the West Denmark Heritage Council and another option to donate to the service that we use to make a credit card donation to the service that makes credit card purchases possible.  

The Finale Concert will be open to the public and will be held outside behind the West Denmark Parish Hall at 7:00 pm.  There will be over 55 musicians who have traveled from all over the US to attend Haugaard's West Denmark Fiddle School plus our 6 teachers who come from Shetland, Denmark, and Massachusetts USA.  There is no admission charge but we will welcome a donation to go toward funding future events at West Denmark.  We look forward to having a great audience come to West Denmark on Thursday evening to hear what these wonderful musicians have accomplished over the past week!  Bring a picnic supper and lawn chairs or blankets to sit on.  We are also planning on having brats and hotdogs for sale.  Check this website for updates about any changes due to weather.
